We are in a time when it is becoming more and more difficult to disconnect from cell phones, smart watches, and other devices that bombard us with text messages, emails, social media messages and notifications. The world is advancing and moving at such an accelerated pace, and it will soon become more difficult to keep up for some. To manage the multitude of demands these distractions bring, you must protect your productivity. And one way to do so is by setting boundaries.
Last episode I talked about how you can use boundaries to create balance. I continue that discussion in this episode, but focus more on how you an use boundaries to be more productive and get more of the right things done. Boundaries can come in different forms, and we explore a few: time management, intentional and focused efforts, delegation, and mind breaks. When we understand and learn how to effectively structure our boundaries, we are able to accomplish more by doing the right work at the right time to get the right results.
